Claudia Cividino

CEO, Americas, Bally

Claudia Cividino was appointed CEO of the Americas for Bally in February 2015, and is responsible for overseeing all business functions for the U.S., Canada and South America. She also sits on Bally’s executive committee. 
 
Claudia has held senior executive roles at PRADA SpA, Coach, and Yves Saint Laurent. Raised in both Italy and the U.S., Claudia earned an International MBA from IE, Instituto de Empressa in Madrid.
Of the many initiatives Claudia has implemented within Bally, she’s most proud of her charitable work. In partnership with Frédéric de Narp, global CEO for Bally, Claudia has developed a corporate philanthropic program, Bally Crafting Futures, which supports organizations that address the issues facing children and youth in need, from preschool through high school to vocational training and employment. Bally Crafting Futures’ mission is to help ensure that future generations have the opportunity to develop into healthy, successful and engaged global citizens.
In addition to being dedicated to the advancement of talent and professionalism within the fashion industry through the development of her teams, Claudia is deeply involved in the mentorship of female leaders and has created the Executive Women in Fashion Council at the Fashion Institute of Technology, where she engaged conversations and workshops between executive leaders in fashion and related industries with rising industry professionals.
Claudia received the Creative Leadership Award from the Otis College of Art and Design. Otis provides students with the education and professional training to foster generations of young artists.
The Lupus Research Alliance awarded Claudia its Woman of Achievement Award, recognizing her distinguished career in fashion and her long-time commitment to the lupus cause. Lupus Research Alliance is the largest private funder of lupus research, dedicated to driving a difference for those living with the disease, which is a cause very near to Claudia.
Claudia sits on the governing council for the Shambhala Meditation Center of New York, which brings to New Yorkers the unique opportunity to work with their minds and hearts to awaken personal and collective transformation. Claudia uses her Buddhist studies to inform her life and leadership style.
Claudia has spoken at various national symposiums and conferences.
Claudia currently resides in Westchester New York with her husband of over 20 years. In addition to being an avid practitioner of mindfulness meditation, her other hobbies include horseback riding, hiking and cross-country travel.
