Elizabeth (Liz) Allison is the chief transformation officer at the Neiman Marcus Group (NMG). In her role, she is responsible for identifying ways of working differently to reallocate resources to fund the company’s journey to become a customer-centric luxury platform. Her teams include the transformation office, NMG communication, change management, project management and philanthropy.

Elizabeth concurrently has P&L responsibility for Last Call, the off-price division of NMG. Her organization includes Last Call merchants, planning, e-commerce, marketing, as well as 24 stores with over 1,000 employees.

Elizabeth was named to the Board of Directors of Fashionphile, an ultra-luxury pre-owned pure play partially owned by the NMG  in 2019.

Prior to joining the NMG  in 2014, Elizabeth held numerous senior executive positions with JCPenney. Her most recent assignments included senior vice president of JCPenney e-commerce and senior vice president of Sephora. Previously, she held a number of store management and corporate roles in the JCPenney organization. She was also a member of the JCPenney executive board.

Elizabeth is a native of Bettendorf, Iowa and earned her BBA degree in Accounting from The University of Iowa.
