SVP of Customer Experience, Tailored Brands
Samantha Lee joined Tailored Brands (Men’s Wearhouse, Jos A Bank, Joseph Abboud, Moore’s Clothing, K&G Superstore) in July 2015 and is VP of Site Management and Customer Experience for all brands. In this role, she drives customer experience, product strategies, site optimization, site merchandising and management across all digital platforms. She brings over 15 years of experience in strategic and digital marketing and eCommerce to her role. Prior to Tailored Brands, Samantha was Senior Director of eCommerce and Customer Experience at bebe studio, inc. driving eCommerce business to double-digit YOY growth. Before bebe, she was Director of eCommerce & Online Marketing at Sanrio, Inc. – the Hello Kitty Company. As the P&L leader and GM of Sanrio.com, Samantha revamped their merchandising strategy, build their digital marketing channels, and enhanced the eCommerce experience, leading to net profitability and double-digit YOY comp. Samantha also co-founded Archelan, a fine art and design studio as well as held marketing management positions at E*TRADE Group, Inc and Charles Schwab & Company, Inc. Samantha holds a dual B.A. Degree in Economics & Chinese Language & Literature from UC Berkeley.
