Our number one priority is the health, safety, and well-being of our attendees, sponsors, and staff. We are proactively implementing the following safety protocols. The guidelines below are subject to change at any time. We will also adhere to local and national safety parameters, as deemed appropriate by relevant authorities, and will additionally implement health and safety guidelines to the highest extent possible with each of our venues.
Transportation to and from the airport to the hotel will be provided for our attendees. Specific details will be provided closer to the summit.
Event Check-in and Badge Pick-Up
The hotel will be handling your hotel room check-in. We do ask that once you are settled you check-in with us at the conference center to pick-up your registration materials at the designated times.
Meals and breaks during the summit will be thoughtfully served with safety and cleanliness in mind.
Conference room layouts will be tailored to each type of session to ensure a productive, safe and comfortable experience for all attendees and sponsors. All general sessions will take place in the Majestic Ballroom. This is a large 11,440 square foot ballroom with plenty of room to spread out.
