As president of IER Partners (short for Ideas, Execution and Results), Andrea has shared her “outsider-insider” perspectives with companies as diverse as Ben & Jerry’s, Celestial Seasonings, Hallmark, Spanx and Levenger, as well as the humanitarian aid organization World Vision International. An independent thinker, engaged listener and creative collaborator, Andrea’s passion for her work has brought new brands to life, helped existing brands reenergize to tell their stories more vibrantly, and inspired all brands to deepen their purpose-driven missions.
