Cynthia Kounaris is the chief strategy officer at FitForCommerce, and is responsible for developing, communicating, and executing FitForCommerce’s strategic initiatives. She oversees the consulting practice, The Innovation Office, The Omnichannel Retail Index, and recruits top talent for the team and clients.

Cynthia also is co-founder and Executive Director of the grassroots Women Ecommerce Execs organization, created to provide networking, education and growth opportunities for women in e-commerce.

Prior to FitForCommerce, Cynthia owned a bridal salon in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Her early career and focus on investment diligence began on Wall Street for Salomon Brothers, JPMorgan, Deutsche Bank and Barclays Capital. From Wall Street to wedding shop. A frequent speaker and writer for leading industry conferences and resources, Cynthia is a thought-leader in digital organizations and innovation. She is also on the Advisory Council for the non-profit Soles4Souls.
