Ms. Kramp is the North America Fashion and Retail Sector Leader and a Senior Client Partner, based in Korn Ferry’s, Princeton, N.J., and New York offices. She specializes in senior-level talent solutions,for both privately and publicly held customer-centric businesses. Ms. Kramp is a core member of the CEO, Succession,Practice. She also serves on, the Global Consumer Markets senior ,leadership team and operating committee.
Ms. Kramp has built her career at Korn Ferry by partnering with global retail and consumer companies. She recruits board level and C-suite executives and advises with senior leaders to build high performing,teams. She works across the consumer ,markets with deep involvement in the,wholesale, retail, and direct-to-consumer businesses.
Ms. Kramp brings a wealth of relevant business knowledge and personal experience to Korn Ferry. She has almost ,20 years of business experience in retail.
Prior to joining the firm, she held senior level merchandising roles in apparel specialty, mass and discount retailers. She is frequently quoted as a leader in the retail industry.
She has served on the Board of Directors for the National Retail Federation’s Foundation with a mission to educate students, teachers, and parents about career opportunities in retail. She is actively, involved in promoting women in leadership roles in the retail sector.
Ms. Kramp holds a BS degree in business,and fashion merchandising from Eastern Illinois University, Charleston, Ill.
