Grace Killelea is the CEO and founder of the GKC Group, a firm offering leadership development programs to high potential women and men.
In addition, Grace is a highly rated and in-demand keynote speaker for companies and conferences on the topics of confidence, leadership and resilience due to her expertise and her ability to captivate and motivate audiences.
An accomplished human resource and talent executive, Grace served as senior vice president of talent at Comcast Cable Corp., a Fortune 30 company. After a 30-plus year career spanning retail, human resources and programming, Grace retired in 2012 to launch her firm.
Grace’s honors and awards include: “Wonder Woman” by Multichannel News; “Women on the Move” by CableFax’s; “Women in Power” by DiversityPlus magazine; and “Lucille Larkin Lifetime Achievement Award” by WICT Philadelphia Chapter.
