Thank you for joining us at Women in Retail Leadership Summit! This page provides guidelines and information needed to make the event as smooth and successful as possible. Items covered in this guide include:

HOTEL INFORMATION

It’s recommended that all attendees stay at the Arizona Biltmore. Women in Retail has a hotel block reserved with discounted rates for attendees ($369 per night + applicable state and local taxes).

• Standard check-in date: April 17, 2023 at 4:00 pm
• Standard checkout date: April 19, 2023 at 11:00 am

TRANSPORTATION DETAILS

Complimentary transportation will be available for pickup at the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport (PHX) on 4/17/2023.

ON-SITE INFORMATION

The Women in Retail Information Desk will be open during show hours on:

• April 17, 1:00 pm– 5:00 pm
• April 18, 7:00 am – 6:00 pm
• April 19 7:00 am – 1:00 pm

GIFTING & RAFFLES

If you would like to supply gifts or raffle an item off, please let us know! There will be plenty of opportunities throughout the event to do giveaways. Gifts and raffles will need to be reviewed and approved by the Women in Retail team.

Shipping labels and information will be provided on an as-need basis. Please confirm with us before sending anything to the show.
