Dalton Dorné

As chief marketing officer at Tinuiti, Dalton is responsible for setting the growth strategy and elevating the brand. Under her leadership, the company launched a new brand and positioning in 2019, to widespread market adoption. She also led the launch of a customer-centric marketing program that drives new customer acquisition, demand generation, account-based marketing and customer re-engagement. These transformational initiatives resulted in three times the media coverage and a 29% increase in marketing-generated new business revenue, in the first six months.

Prior to Tinuiti, Dalton held CMO and head of marketing positions at Merkle, RKG, Havas PR and Havas Health. Previously, she was with Ogilvy and CCTV. Dalton is a two time winner of Marketing Executive of the Year at the American Business Awards most recently in 2021 and was named to the DMNews Hall of Femme: Women to Watch list in 2017. She has spoken at Google Marketing Live, Advertising Week, Women in Retail Leadership Summit, eTail West and been published in Women’s Wear Daily, Adweek and Medium.

A graduate of Elon University, Dalton is a Mandarin speaker who spent 12 years in Asia working across high-growth markets. During her career, she has worked with clients such as Lenovo, Unilever, Pernod Ricard, Avocados from Mexico, Reckitt Benckiser, Shiseido, Anna Sui, Agricultural Bank of China, Coty Inc., and Coca-Cola.
