Lauri Kien Kotcher is the CEO of hello products, a naturally friendly™ personal care company. Since Lauri joined in 2015 the company has become the fastest growing brand in the oral care category and has become recognized as an industry game-changer. She has been a board member and a strategic advisor to many fast-growth consumer, fashion and beauty companies. She is an advisory board member at Springboard Enterprises (venture catalyst platform for women entrepreneurs) and at The New York Fashion Tech Lab (a business incubator for early stage companies at the intersection of fashion and technology).
Prior to her current roles, Lauri was a Senior Advisor at LCatterton on the operating partner team and spent 10 years in senior line marketing roles including serving as CMO of Godiva and Head of Global Brands at Pfizer Consumer Healthcare.
Prior to Pfizer, Lauri was a partner at McKinsey and Company. Over her 15-year career there, she served Fortune 500 global clients in luxury retail, fashion, packaged goods and consumer healthcare. She authored multiple speeches and articles, served on the GMA Advisory Board, and was known for her ground-breaking work on sales force effectiveness.
As a result of her varied experiences, Lauri has a unique perspective on how to capitalize on the opportunities for consumer branded businesses at levels of scale from startup to $5 Billion and from the vantage points of a C-suite executive, board member and owner/investor.
Lauri holds a BA cum laude from Princeton University and JD/MBA degrees from Stanford University. She is the Vice President of the Board of Trustees of The Churchill School and Center and is an avid tennis player and skier.
